How does Fiest AI work?

Fiest AI is connected directly to your live restaurant data — sales, orders, menu, staffing and more. You ask questions in plain language and it analyzes the underlying data in real time, returning clear answers with the relevant numbers and recommendations.

Do I need technical knowledge to use it?

No. There's nothing to configure, no SQL to write and no dashboards to build. If you can send a text message, you can use Fiest AI. Answers come back in plain language with the most important numbers highlighted.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

Anything about your restaurant: sales trends, best-selling items, staffing recommendations, campaign ideas, customer behaviour, menu performance, kitchen throughput, and more. You can also ask it to write simple reports or social posts.

Fiest limits access and uses contracted service providers to process data only to provide, secure, and support the requested features. Processing may take place outside the EEA under GDPR safeguards. See our Privacy Policy and Sub-processors page for details.

Fiest MCP is a secure connection for using approved Fiest restaurant data from Claude, ChatGPT, or another supported assistant. Sign-in, restaurant selection, and consent happen on an official Fiest page, so you never need to paste an API key or one-time code into a chat.

What can an AI connection access?

You choose one restaurant, or review the restaurants included in an organisation connection, before approving access. An organisation connection does not silently include restaurants added later, and you can revoke the connection from Fiest.
