The standard price is €49 a month per location plus 0.39% of sales above €10 000 a month. The first €10 000 of each location's sales every calendar month carries no commission, counting till and online sales together. Above that, the same rate applies at the till and to online orders. For example, €20 000 in monthly sales comes to €49 + €39 = €88 + VAT. Prices exclude VAT, and card payment processing is billed separately by your payment provider.

Above €10 000, the 0.39% applies only to the part above it. Prices exclude VAT, and your payment provider bills card processing separately.

The connected core platform: POS, menu and product management, kitchen screens, live orders, direct online and QR ordering, analytics, automated reports, inventory, Fiest AI, Fiest MCP and personal support. Instead of maintaining separate systems and moving data between them, your team works from one live operation. Hardware, fully custom websites and other separately scoped services sit outside the standard price.

No. Fiest is not sold in feature tiers or per user. Kitchen screens, the customer display, online and table QR ordering, inventory with recipes, gift cards, the accounting connection and reporting across several locations are all part of the standard price, and so is every staff account and team role, including read-only access for your accountant. A self-service kiosk, a loyalty programme, reservations and catering, and team task lists are set up on request.

Your payment provider bills its processing fees separately. Hardware, a custom restaurant website, dedicated onboarding and custom integrations are scoped and priced openly when they are part of your setup.

Fiest runs in a browser on supported tablets, phones and computers. You can begin with compatible devices you already have, or agree a configured setup with payment terminals, printers and kitchen displays.

Your offer and terms set out the price and the contract terms before you start. A self-directed setup starts on the standard price, while higher-volume and hands-on rollouts use terms agreed with your restaurant.
