What does a kitchen display system do?

Fiest Kitchen View brings active POS and online orders into one screen. Staff move tickets through Received, Preparing, and Ready while timers and order details remain visible.

Do I need a separate screen for the kitchen?

Kitchen View runs in a browser on a tablet or computer. Choose a screen and mounting setup that suits the heat, space, and pace of your kitchen.

How does the kitchen display work with the POS?

The POS and kitchen use the same order. When the kitchen advances it to Ready, the updated state is available to front-of-house without re-entering the ticket.

How does the floor know an order is ready?

When the kitchen moves an order to Ready, the same status shows in the floor's Front of House view. The POS can also show a ready-order alert with a sound you choose.

Can I look up completed orders later?

Yes. You can search completed orders and narrow the history by location or customer.
